HACCP Desktop Utility is a program that allows you to setup checklists and store them to your PC. You can include operators, items, corrective actions or notes and email addresses to send report files to. You can set up to 100 users, 300 items and 100 corrective actions with up to 50,000 readings stored before download is required.
